Located inside with the Oswego Zombie Fashion Show, the vendor market is a curated marketplace celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and the strange. This space is reserved for artists, makers, crafters, authors, illustrators, specialty creators, and vendors offering original, handmade, or independently designed products that complement the spirit of the Oswego Zombie Fashion Show.
The Feeding Grounds welcomes food trucks, local retailers, commercial services, sponsors, nonprofit organizations, and select exhibitors whose products or services enhance the festival experience. This area provides a vibrant outdoor gathering space for guests before and throughout the event. This outdoor space has different operating hours than the indoor market. 4:00pm-8:00pm
To provide guests with a diverse shopping experience, product exclusivity is considered whenever possible. We strive to limit duplicate product categories and may restrict the number of vendors offering similar merchandise.
The Oswego Zombie Fashion Show is a curated event. Vendor interviews are reviewed based on product originality, quality, variety, and overall fit with the event. We reserve the right to decline vendors or refuse commercially mass-produced or reseller merchandise that does not align with the vision of the Oswego Zombie Fashion Show or the overall event experience. Placement is at the discretion of event management.
Our Vendor Curation Philosophy
The Oswego Zombie Fashion Show is a curated artist and maker market. While we celebrate originality and recognize that every handmade artist has a unique style, we also strive to provide shoppers with a diverse marketplace and honor the product exclusivity we extend to accepted vendors.
When reviewing applications, we consider the overall product category and customer experience—not just whether two items are identical. This means multiple talented artists may create distinctly different handmade work, yet still be considered part of the same product niche.
Because of our limited space, we sometimes decline outstanding vendors simply to maintain variety throughout the market. These decisions are never a reflection of the quality of an artist's work, and we encourage applicants to apply again in future years as our vendor lineup changes.

Be where the action is! Premium booths are located in the heart of the Zombie Fashion Show, giving your business maximum visibility as guests arrive, shop, and enjoy the event. These spaces are limited and typically sell first.
!SOLD OUT! Haunted Attic Balcony - $25 !SOLD OUT!
Perched above the Zombie Fashion Show runway, these unique balcony spaces offer a dramatic bird's-eye view of the undead spectacle below. Perfect for artists, authors, handcrafted goods, and specialty vendors looking for a memorable setting with a distinctive atmosphere. (there are some stairs, no elevator)

Step beyond the ordinary into the Haunted Attic Chamber. These spacious booth locations offer more room than our standard 8' × 6' spaces and are tucked within atmospheric alcove rooms, creating an immersive setting for oddities, curiosities, fortune tellers, tarot readers, palmists, horror collectibles, experimental artists, storytellers, and emerging or youth vendors. (there are some stairs, no elevator)

Due to popular demand we are offering this first time ever vending opportunity. A partially covered outdoor area where our guest gather before the show. This space offers more visibility to arriving guests. Give a festival atmosphere near the food trucks and is also open to the general public, no admission is required to peruse and shop these vendors.

An outdoor area, pavilion covered, where the hunger of the undead meets the flavors of the living. Food trucks and food vendors line the haunted grounds, serving up everything from savory "bites" to sweet indulgences. Local retailers, commercial services, sponsors, nonprofit organizations, and select exhibitors whose products or services enhance the festival experience. (Start time for food vendors is 4:00pm to be available for market vendors and the general public.)
Each Vendor ticket includes access for one (1) assistant during the set show hours.
